I’ve placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email.
Once you’ve placed an order and the money has been debited from your account you will receive a confirmation at the email address you used to register on our site. If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation, there may have been an error in the spelling of your email address.
Send an email or message through to our customer experience team and they'll be able to locate your order. They'll simply need the full name and delivery address used to place the order.

There is an item missing from my package!
Unfortunately, we may have had to remove an item from your order or your items may be sent in different parcels. If so, you would have received an email explaining changes to your order prior to delivery.
If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Missing Item(s)

Our support team will look into the matter and will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Can I change my delivery address?
Once you have placed your order through the website, for your own security we are unable to change the address for. If there is a failed delivery, the courier will leave a card so you can rearrange delivery directly with them.
